Cage Holiday is having a bad day. A contract killer has brought him a troublesome body part in a bowling ball bag. He’s caught his wife and the backyard neighbor defiling his classic Camaro. And now his boss, the head of a shadowy government organization called the Quorum, wants him in St. Louis where a band of Native Americans has commandeered the Gateway Arch. Teaming up with the superintendent of the monument—a woman whose own son is a hostage trapped six hundred feet in the sky—Cage slowly realizes the terrorists are not who they appear to be.
